I'm Maria Malik

If you're an introvert like me, you know how challenging it can be to navigate the corporate world. For years, I was the shy, quiet kid who never spoke up at home, at school, or at work. I watched as others surpassed me in academics and in getting the promotions I desperately wanted. I looked everywhere for help, but I couldn't find anything targeted specifically for introverts.

That's when I decided to take matters into my own hands. I made it my mission to learn everything I could about high achievers in the workplace, and I saw tremendous growth in my career and my business as a result.
